Vince Shares Publishing Insights & DeCoteau reviews The Covenant

A few announcements:

Vince Liaguno, author of The Literary Six, shares his insights about the publishing world in the latest installment of his e-column, Slasher-Speak, right here at UnspeakableHorror.com.  Thanks, Vince, for another excellent column.

Also...

Michael Jensen, author of queer horror/frontier novel Firelands (see the "Books" page), whom I had the pleasure of hosting at my gay fiction bookclub at Village Books here in Bellingham, Washington, sent me an interesting link for the website AfterElton.com where Jensen currently serves as the editor.  AfterElton.com is featuring an article by David DeCoteau, the infamous cult director, who has written a response to the new horror film, The Covenant.  Here is the link:

A Gay Horror Schlockmeister Takes on The Covenant

I haven't had a chance to see The Covenant yet -- I would love to hear your response to the film.
