Unspeakable Horror is a website about the horror genre, including fiction, film, comic books, and poetry (with a queer twist).

This website features the writings of Chad Helder: Campy Horror Comics, Undead Poetry, and Chad's Queer Horror Blog, which offers quasi-literary explorations of the Horror Genre.  In addition, this website seeks to promote the work of rising stars in the Horror Genre.

    Queer Horror at Velvet Mafia

    The lastest issue of Velvet Mafia, an edgy online literary journal for gay men, features excerpts from three new works of Queer Horror:

    Steve Berman's Vintage (and an interview with the author) -- I'm very excited about this one because I loved the novel and the excerpt includes my favorite part -- a really weird sex scene that I wrote about in my blog entry.

    "Woof," an excerpt from Closet Monsters by Daniel W. Kelly.

    "Midnight and After," an excerpt from The Werewolves of Central Park (also includes an interview with the author).
